How our prayer can be heard?
Is Jesus Christ our way of
salvation?
Is there a promise that sins can be
forgiven?

REV. ARNOLD A. SANTELICES
An ordinary man whose desire is to serve our Lord Jesus Christ no matter what
the cost. At the age of 17, God started to call him in the ministry through a
born again pastor, named Art Martinez, happened to be their tenant.
He was a product of a Bible study group that was being conducted at their home
in Soreta Cerullo, Makati City. On April 17, 1982, after a series of search for
God, he finally found himself receiving the Holy Spirit of God in a Pentecostal
church named Philippine Evangelistic Center in Guadalupe, Makati, Metro Manila,
Philippines. During those times, he was a Freshman in Polytechnic University of
the Philippines, located at Sta. Mesa, Manila, taking up Bachelor of
Hotel/Restaurant and Management course. In the mid-term on that school year, he
switched his course to B.S Theology because he felt that God is calling him into
the ministry. In 1987, he finished the course at Apostolic Center for
Theological Studies, Quezon City, Philippines.
In 1982 through 1993, he was seriously involved with many ministries serving God
Jesus Christ and start the work that God called him to do - preaching the Gospel
as a Minister. He was one of the pioneers who preached in Metro Manila buses and
other means of transportation in Metro Manila spreading the Word of God.
In 1996, he was awarded as a covenant partner of Morris Cerullo World Evangelism
then in 2000, he became a “covenant partner” of Breakthrough under the
leadership of Pastor Rod Pauley. On June 5, 2006, he received a membership of
the Board of Elders of Evangelism in Morris Cerullo’s organization and
thereafter, he received his “ordination” from Faith Restoration Center on
October 15, 2006 under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Gaudencio Soriano, Sr.
His heart’s desire is to bring people to Christ and serve Him and His church so
that when He comes, He find him faithful while doing the work that called him to
do.
