Evaluation Guidelines For Pastors/Ministers

(Performance Evaluation)

1) Effectiveness ( Preaching/Teaching/Evangelism)

2) Efforts Exerted (Follow-up of absentee members)

3) Relationship with co-pastors and lay members and the congregation in general ( Discipline / Behavior).

4) Application of his/her teaching/preaching to him/herself.

5) Handling of critical issues with the congregation (Gossip, bad mouthing, complaint from members).

6) Interest or desire to keep his/her present position (Dedication)

7) Methods and techniques ( keeping the members to be inspired to follow).

8) Implementation of the General Council's policy and directives.

9) Coaching, leading and training ( desire to motivate members)

10) Management / Adminsitration

    A) Savings & Expenditures

    B) Collections (Increase)

    C) Planning (Execution and implementation) Present and Future

    D) Updating pastors of any changes (Pastors must be updated of any condition that will affect the congregation)

    E) Education ( Advancement training for leaders, theory and practice)

    F) Training ( Pastors and lay men)

    G) Execution (BOD,Church and the General Council policy)

    H) Implementation ( BOD, Church and General Council policy)
